Registration 19ENISE

Welcome to 19ENISE!

Complete the following form to receive your 19ENISE digital accreditation.
Prior registration is mandatory to access the venue.
The information recorded in the form will be displayed on your attendee ID.
Once you have entered the venue, you can request your physical accreditation at the Registration desk.

The identity document may be requested at the entrance to the venue to verify the identity of the attendee.

RGPD: 6.1.a) Processing in which the data subject gave consent for one or more specific purposes.

Law 1/1982 on civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and self-image.

Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on information society services and electronic commerce.

Law 3/2018, on the Protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPGDD).

Purposes of Processing
Registration for participation in 19ENISE and ID verification upon entry to the event.
Collective
Interested in attending for 19ENISE. The data is collected from the interested person.
Data categories
- The following identifying data are collected in the registration form:

  - Name and surname
  - Company /Organization / University
  - Position / Specialty
  - E-mail

  - Country

Identification document to verify identity when accessing the building.

The data collected is identifying. An access card will be offered to the event where the name and surname and entity can be stated that can be used by the attendee if they wish.

The email is used to send you information about the event and how to proceed to attend.

There is no addressee for this purpose.
International Transfer
No international data transfers will take place.
Time limit for deletion
They will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected and to notify you of the opening of the 19ENISE register in order to determine the possible responsibilities that may arise from this purpose and from the processing of the data and for sending information of interest to the recipients, until they unsubscribe.
Security measures
The security measures implemented correspond to those set out in Royal Decree 311/2022, of May 3, regulating the National Security Scheme, and are described in the documents that make up INCIBE's Information Security Policy.
